These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Video Compressor, a product provided by Eclectic Byte. By using the product, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

• You may use Video Compressor only in compliance with applicable law.
• You are responsible for the content you upload, process, or export through the product.
• You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property or distribute unlawful content.

Subscriptions and Premium Features

Video Compressor offers premium subscription features through Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing, billing terms, renewal timing, free trials if offered, and cancellation handling are presented in the app and through Apple at the time of purchase.

Premium access may be validated and restored through RevenueCat as the subscription infrastructure provider. Restore purchases and manage subscription actions are provided for supported purchase flows, but Apple remains responsible for billing and subscription management.

Availability and Changes

Eclectic Byte may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the product when operational, security, or business needs require it.

Intellectual Property

Video Compressor, including its software, branding, and related materials, remains the property of Eclectic Byte or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Disclaimers

The product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the product will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eclectic Byte will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the product.

Termination

Eclectic Byte may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Updates to the Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the effective date shown above.
